A selection of our finest 3 barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon bottled exclusively in Magnums.  Matured in 225L new French oak barriques for up to 20 months.

Profile:

The wine displays an inky deep garnet colour with a cherry red rim.  The nose is heady with intense aromas of cassis, blackberries, cedar wood, pencil shavings and a hint of dried herbs. Entry on the palate is full and rich with dark berry flavours of blackcurrant, blackberries and mulberries. There is a fantastic dried herbal character complimented by toasted oak on the mid-palate leading to dry tannins on the finish providing immense length.
